However, please note that even the best security measures cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all risks. 8. CONTROLLING YOUR PRIVACY

As mentioned, you may review and change the personal information we maintain about you at any time by logging into your User Profile settings or contacting Next box Upon request, we will deactivate or delete your User Profile, as well as your contact information and personal information from our active databases.
This Privacy Policy is effective until terminated by either party. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Website. If you are dissatisfied with the Next box , the content or any terms, conditions, statements or policies, your only recourse is to stop using the Website. Next box reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, or portions thereof, without notice if, in our sole discretion, we determine that your use violates any applicable law or is harmful to our interests, the interests of other persons or entities, or if Next box believes that your use violates this Privacy Policy or the Terms.
